Our customer auto-lookup feature is available when entering your in-house bookings.
On the customer contact details page, entering three or more characters from the customer's first name or last name, or entering the customer's postcode will trigger the auto-lookup. If any partial matches are found, the matching customer results are automatically displayed. With each additional character entered the search results become more refined.
Simply double-click one of the matching customer results to select and retrieve the customer's full details.
