TicketSource Scores High For Customer Satisfaction, Survey Reveals

Customer satisfaction is high on our list of priorities, and new research shows that’s exactly what we’re delivering.

At the end of 2018, we sent an online survey to over 1,600 of our event organisers to find out how satisfied they are with our service. The results showed 95% rated their overall satisfaction with TicketSource as 4 out of 5 or above, which produced an impressive average score of 4.5 out of 5.

The survey revealed that the most important factor for our event organisers in choosing a ticketing system is ease of use. An astonishing 98.68% of our users reported that they are satisfied with TicketSource’s usability.
