TicketSource Telephone Box Office Service

TicketSource offers a Telephone Box Office Service to all Event Organisers which is open Monday to Friday 9 am - 7 pm and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. 


There is no charge to the Event Organiser to offer this service but the customer would be charged a £1.75 telephone service fee on top of the ticket price and booking fee.  For example;


  • Tickets £10.00 x 2 = £20.00
  • Booking Fee £2.10
  • Telephone Service Charge £1.75
  • Total: £23.85


This fee covers all methods of ticket delivery. Tickets will be sent by post up until 96 hours prior to an event.  After this time, customers can choose to receive their tickets by e-ticket or as a text message. 


The Telephone Box Office Service is a booking facility and has access to the same information as customers booking online.  Therefore, any event or venue specific questions will be directed back to the Event Organiser. 


Ticket sales via the Telephone Box Office will go off-sale at the same time as online bookings and should you deactivate ticket sales, we will be unable to sell tickets but will direct customers back to you, the Event Organiser.

To sign up for this additional service please login to your TicketSource dashboard and head to Account. From there select Telephone Box Office Settings. Here you will see the Telephone Box Office application form for you to complete. 


A member of the TicketSource team will then be in touch once this service has been activated on your account.
