Your bank details will need to be added to your TicketSource account prior to the conclusion of your first event to ensure that ticket income can be transferred to you.
You can add or amend your bank details on your TicketSource account by following these steps (Administrator level access required):
- Go to 'Accounts' | 'Bank Account Details'
- Enter/Update your payment details
- Enter a reference - something to help you identify the payment from TicketSource
- Click 'Save Changes' to apply
Whenever your bank account details are changed, all Administrators on the account will receive an email notification advising that bank details have been modified.
