How to Add New Users or Modify User Access

You can set up an unlimited number of users on your account and allocate various levels of access.  We recommend that you restrict the number of Administrators on your account as Administrator profiles will have full access, including the ability to change account bank details.


To add a new user:

  1. Go to 'Account' and select 'User Accounts'
  2. Select 'Add New User Account'
  3. Add the required name and contact information (boxes with an orange dot are required fields). 
  4. You can select from a number of suggested preset profiles by selecting the 'User Profile Preset' drop down and choosing the relevant profile - i.e Box Office User, Event Manager
  5. Alternatively, tick the relevant areas you would like associated with the user. The various types are as below:
    • 'Communication Preferences'
    • 'Email Notifications'
    • 'Permissions'
    • 'User's Event Permissions'
  6. Clicking or hovering your mouse over the 'pin' icon will reveal further information on the level of access that each option provides.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'

When creating a user account for the first time you will be required to create a password for the user. You will need to make them aware of this so they can log into their account once it has been activated. We would advise for security reasons recommending that they amend this password once they have successfully activated their account. 


To amend a user account (e.g. contact details or user permissions), follow the same steps but select 'Modify' next to the appropriate user's name on the first page. 


If you are amending a user's email address they will be sent a reactivation email. They will need to follow the steps within this email to reactivate their account. If you need to resend this email, you can go to 'Account' and select 'User Accounts'. Next to the relevant user, it will say 'Resend Activation Email'. Click this and it'll send the user another activation email. 


Please note:

  • Any areas of your account that a user does not have access to will appear greyed out as an option
  • If you use a generic login (i.e 'Box Office Staff') that does not use a full name, we may not be able to answer certain queries if we are contacted
