What are Account Add-ons?

Account Add-ons are extra items that can be purchased from TicketSource.

To purchase account add-ons when logged in to your TicketSource account please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to 'Account' and select 'Buy Add-ons'
  2. Use the drop-down boxes to select the quantity of your items
  3. If applicable, select your delivery option:
    • 1st Class Royal Mail (Signed For)
    • myHermes
    • DPD Local
  4. Press 'Next'
  5. Fill in your Billing Address and Delivery Address, if applicable, and press 'Next'
  6. Fill in your Card Details and press 'Confirm Order'

Please note that unfortunately, account add-ons are not currently available in Europe/USA
