Booking confirmation correspondance

If an email address is provided, the customer will receive the following confirmation correspondance:

  • Booking confirmation email with e-tickets attached (if e-ticket requested).
  • A booking receipt.
  • Approximately a month after the booking was made, the customer will receive a Credit Card Billing Reminder.  This reminds the customer that on their next credit card statement, their booking will be showing in the name of 'TicketSource Ltd' and not the event organiser and of course, the amount.
