Complimentary Tickets

You can process complimentary tickets via your in-house bookings:

  • Go to your dashboard (icon in the top left), click on the orange "book tickets" button alongside the relevant event. 
  • Process the booking as normal.
  • Under the "Payment Options", select "Comp".
  • Click "Checkout" and record the relevant customer contact details.
  • If you would like to send the e-ticket to the customer, enter the customer's email address and tick the box underneath the email address ("send a booking confirmation email with e-ticket to the customer") .  If you do not want to send an e-ticket, either do not enter an email address or untick the box. 
  • To finalise the booking, click on "book tickets".
