How do I Cancel a Reservation?

To cancel a reservation:

  • Go to 'Customer' | 'Find Customer'
  • Search for the Reservation by the customer's surname or the booking reference number
  • Once you have located the booker, click on the 'Customer Bookings' tab
  • Next to the relevant reservation go to 'Actions' and select 'Cancel Reservation'
