I want to pre-print Reservation bookings.

You are able to print etickets or thermal tickets (if you have your own thermal printer and our Print Server software installed) for reservation bookings from within your TicketSource account. To activate this feature:


  • Hover over the "Account" tab at the top of the page within your TicketSource account
  • Select the "Payment Processing Settings" option
  • Click the "In-house Payments" tab near the top of the page
  • Tick the "Enable ticket printing for reservations" box and click Save Changes

When processing an in-house booking, you will be able to print the ticket for a reservation on the final page of the booking process. To print any previously processed reservations, you can do so by following steps:

  • Hover over the "Reports" tab at the top of the page and select the "Reservations Report" option
  • Filter the report by selecting the events and date range within the fields provided and click the "Generate Report" button
  • On the right hand side of the customer's booking, hover over the "Actions" button
  • Select either the "Print Thermal Tickets" (if thermal printing has been configured) or the "View E-ticket" option
