If a Customer Can't Print their Etickets

If a customer contacts TicketSource and advises that they cannot print their etickets, we would advise them to proceed to the venue and present their booking reference number along with a form of ID in order to gain entry. Alternatively, if the customer can download PDF documents to their mobile phone, they are able to show the ticket on their device as they arrive to the venue.


The Event Organiser can check the booking reference against their Front of House Sheet or manually enter the booking reference into our free Android or iOS scanning app- TicketSource Express.
