If a Customer has not received their mobile ticket or postal ticket/wristband, they will need to contact TicketSource directly.

Where possible, we will re-issue tickets but if we are unable to re-send via the original delivery method, an e-ticket will be issued in it's place.  If the customer does not have an email address or is unable to print their e-tickets, we will advise them to proceed to the venue with the booking reference and a form of ID.
