View customer bookings via seating plan

You can view your customer bookings via your seating plan.  By hovering over the seat you will be able to see the booker's name, seat number and booking reference. 

To view customer bookings via a seating plan, go to:

  • Dashboard (icon in top left).
  • Next to the relevant event, go to "Actions | Set Ticket Availability".
  • Click on a section.
  • Hover your mouse over a sold seat to view the customer's name and reference.
  • You can click on the seat to view the full customer record
