Learn more about adding your own Terms and Conditions


All tickets are sold in accordance with the TicketSource terms and conditions, however, if your event or organisation has its own terms and conditions, these can be added when creating an event or by modifying an existing event. The terms and conditions will be displayed during the booking process and customers will be required to tick to acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.


Please note that the TicketSource terms and conditions prevail for ticket bookings, however, your own terms and conditions can work alongside the TicketSource terms and conditions.

 

To add your own terms and conditions when creating an event, go to:

  1. "Events" and select "New Event"
  2. In the Event column, click to 'add new event details'
  3. Add the required information such as event name, description, categories, etc
  4. Go to 'Advanced settings'
  5. Tick the box next to 'Terms and conditions associated with the event' and add your terms and conditions into the text box
  6. Click "Save Changes"
  7. Continue to create your event as normal


If you would like to add terms and conditions to an existing event, go to:

  1. "Events" and select "Modify Event"
  2. Select the relevant event
  3. In the Event column, click to 'modify'
  4. Go to 'Advanced settings'
  5. Tick the box next to 'Terms and conditions associated with the event' and add your terms and conditions into the text box
  6. Click "Save Changes"
