How to Change Ticket Delivery Options

By default, customers can choose to receive their tickets as an eticket (email), mobile ticket (text message) or through the post (thermal tickets/wristbands printed and sent by TicketSource - UK event organisers only). 

You can choose to modify or restrict the ticket delivery options by following these steps:

  • Hover over the "Settings" tab at the top of the page and select the "Tickets" option
  • Under "General Settings" you can amend the ticket delivery options - you can de-select any or all options available
  • Click "Save Changes"

Please note that if no delivery method is enabled on your account then the customer will receive a booking confirmation email with a confirmation number/reference on completion of payment (but no eticket download link).
