By default, customers can choose to receive their tickets as e-ticket (email), mobile ticket (text) or post (tickets/wristband - UK customers only). You can choose to modify or restrict the ticket delivery options by following these steps:
- Go to "Settings'' | ''Tickets"
- Under 'General Settings' you can amend the ticket delivery options - you can de-select any or all options
- Click "Save Changes"
Please note that if no delivery method is enabled on your account then the customer will receive a booking confirmation email with a confirmation number/reference on completion of payment (but no e-ticket download link)
