Subscribe / unsubscribe a customer from a mailing list

If a customer requests that they be added or removed from your mailing list, go to:

  • "Customer | Find Customer".
  • Search for the customer in the search box on the right hand side of the screen or simply press "Enter" in this box and all of your customers will be displayed.
  • Select the correct customer.
  • When the customer details are showing, click "Modify Customer".
  • At the bottom of the page you will see two mailing list questions:

        - I would like to receive details of future XXXX events from them.

        - I would like to receive details of future events in my area by other event organisers from  TicketSource which may be of interest to me.

  • Tick or untick the relevant boxes as requested by the Customer.
  • Click "Save Changes".
