A customer database may be useful for keeping track of members and will allow you to use the Membership price category. This would require the customer's unique membership number to access the price and would be locked to the general public. It will also allow for faster entry when making in-house bookings as you will be able to select and auto-fill details from a customer's record.

There are three different ticket delivery options available to customers who book online:
This is a Free ticketing option. Customers can print their e-ticket from the confirmation page at the end of the booking. An email with the e-tickets attached will also be sent to the customer's email address as soon as the booking is confirmed.
This ticketing option costs the customer 50p. TicketSource will send the customer their ticket as an SMS or MMS text message. The mobile ticket will contain the booking reference, event name, date and time, number of tickets and seat numbers and the customer is required to show this text message and will act as their ticket.
This ticketing option will cost the customer £1.75. TicketSource will send tickets and wristbands by post up to 96 hours prior to the performance. This feature is not currently available in Europe/America.
