Add Seats to an Existing Seating Plan

To add new seats to a seating plan for new or future events (not applicable for live events):


  • Go to Events and select Modify Seating Plan and select the relevant seating plan
  • Using the arrows at the top or bottom of the seating plan, add rows
  • Place your cursor in the first seat and select Add Multiple Seats from the options at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
  • In the pop-up box that appears, enter the number of seats required for the new row and state starting seat number. Click on Add Seats.  Add the row letter by placing your cursor in the row box and typing in the relevant letter
  • Continue adding seats as required
  • Click Save Changes to apply


To add seats to a current event:

  • Go to Events and select Modify Event and select the event from the list
  • In the Ticket Allocation column, click Modify
  • In the table, click Modify next to the section you would like to add seats
  • Use the + options to add either seats or rows and number the new seats as required
  • Click Save Changes to apply
  • Please note that any additional seats that you add using this process will only apply to this specific event/date.  If you have multiple dates or events that required additional seats to be added, you will need to follow this process for all events. Using this process will not update your Seating Plan Template.
