Add Wheelchair Seats to a Seating Plan

Adding Wheelchair Seats for Future Events:


  • Go to "Events" | "Modify Seating Plan" and select the appropriate seating plan
  • Next to the appropriate section, select 'Modify'
  • Click on the seat that is to become a wheelchair seat and in the "Selected Seat Details" box click "Wheelchair Space".  You can also add a comment (if required) that will appear on the Seating Plan (e.g. wheelchair users only)
  • Add further wheelchair seats as required
  • "Save Changes"


To Add Wheelchair Seats to an Existing Event:


  • Go to your dashboard (by clicking the 'House' icon)
  • Next to the relevant event, go to "Actions" | "Set Ticket Availability"
  • Double click on the relevant section
  • Click on the seat that is to become a wheelchair seat and in the "Selected Seat Details" box click "Wheelchair Space".  You can also add a comment if required that will appear on the Seating Plan (e.g. wheelchair users only)
  • Add further wheelchair seats as required
  • "Save Changes"


You can also remove wheelchair seats via "Set Ticket Availability" - simply click on the seat and remove the tick next to "Wheelchair Space" and "Save Changes".
