If you are selecting to print thermal tickets and nothing is happening:
- Have you followed all the instructions for installing TicketSource PrintServer and configuring your TicketSource account? The TicketSource PrintServer manual can be found at www.ticketsource.co.uk/printserver
- If you have followed these instructions and still cannot print, please contact our Technical Support Team on 029 2071 3200
- Have you installed TicketSource PrintServer on more than one P.C? Installing TicketSource PrintServer on more than one PC prevents the server and the printer from communicating clearly. You only need to set up TicketSource PrintServer on one PC, but this would still allow all users/PC's linked to your account to print regardless of the user.
