My Thermal Printer is only printing some of the tickets

If your thermal ticket printer is not printing all tickets:

Please ensure you have the latest version of TicketSource PrintServer installed.  To do this;

  • Open up TicketSource PrintServer on your computer
  • The current version will be showing in the title bar
  • Go to 'Update Checker' and select 'Check for Updates'. If you need to update PrintServer you will prompted to do so 

If you are using a Dymo ticket printer, ensure that you have the latest Dymo ticket template selected within the TicketSource PrintServer software. Go to;

  • 'Printer Settings' | 'Ticket Template Section'
  • Select V.4.0 white thermal ticket stock for Dymo (106x62mm)
